1. Understanding of Break Format

• All helmet and jersey breaks hosted by SouthSide Signatures are conducted as randomized group breaks.
• Each break consists of a pre-determined number of participants who will receive items based on the results of a random draw.
• Participants are not guaranteed to receive a helmet, jersey, or any specific item.
• Certain breaks may include random base cards or filler items as part of the purchase. By entering, participants understand and agree that they may receive only such base cards or other non-premium items depending on the outcome of the randomization.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

• Participation in a break constitutes an agreement to the random nature of the process.
• SouthSide Signatures does not guarantee the receipt, quality, value, player, or team of any item.
• All outcomes are final, and no exchanges, refunds, or replacements will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the randomized results.

3. Membership Acknowledgment

• By subscribing to or maintaining a membership, the participant acknowledges that membership does not guarantee participation or winning in any particular break.
• Members may receive exclusive access to certain breaks or promotions, but outcomes remain subject to the same rules of randomization.

4. No Returns, Refunds, or Chargebacks

• All sales are final.
• There are no returns, refunds, or chargebacks for any break spots, regardless of outcome, delivery times, or product condition unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Any disputes regarding payment processing or delivery must be submitted directly to SouthSide Signatures via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

5. Assumption of Risk

• Participants understand and agree that breaks are a form of entertainment and chance, and outcomes are not guaranteed or influenced by SouthSide Signatures.
• By entering, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release SouthSide Signatures from any claim, loss, or liability arising from participation or item outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SouthSide Signatures LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in any break, loss of value, or dissatisfaction with received items.
• In the event of a proven error by SouthSide Signatures, liability shall be limited strictly to the refund of the purchase price of the affected spot, and no further compensation will be provided.

7. Acceptance of Rules

• By purchasing a spot, joining a membership, or participating in any break, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms and conditions.
• Participants also confirm that they fully understand how a break works, including that outcomes are randomized and not guaranteed.

8. Governing Law

• This disclaimer and all related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
